Monochromatic Quilt Challenge
Second quarter 2008
Project will be due June 26, 2008

Challenge:
   Make a quilt using as many shades of the same color as possible. Choose any color.
  No other colors are allowed except white.
  Maximum size: 36” x 36” (No minimum size)
  Any pattern or style: traditional pieced, appliquéd, paper-pieced, miniature, etc.

  Judging categories:

1. “Over the Edge” (Originality / Uniqueness)
2. “The Melting Pot” (most shades used)
3. “Light to Dark” (Use of contrast)
4. “Best of Show” (Overall appearance and appeal)

Don’t make this hard. It’s supposed to be fun!

          ~ Put a sleeve on it for hanging.
          ~ Cover your name for judging.
          ~ Bring in brown paper bag on June 26th.
